Under the Sea!
Hi all,
Back with another card! This is a card I created with the stamp set that came in the July Hero Arts card kit! (Which is now totally sold out and no longer available, hopefully they will eventually just sell the stamp set, it's amazing)
I started off with some heavy weight Neenah solar white card stock, stamped a bunch of the small images from the stamp set with Simon says stamp clear ink and sprinkled it with some clear embossing powder and heat set it with my heat tool to create my background.
I then took out my Distress Ink and ink blending tools and blended the back ground with some blue colors to make the clear embossed images show up, and to give the look of being underwater...
Next I stamped out two turtles using the same clear ink and coated it in gold embossing powder and heat set that. I then used the coordinating dies to cut out the turtles.
I stamped out the sentiment on some vellum paper and used the lawn fawn banner die to cut that out.
I attached my background panel onto a side folding A2 card base that I created using some heavy weight white card stock. I then popped up my turtles with some foam tape and attached them to my card as well. I used a small amount of ranger multi medium matte to attach my sentiment banner under the leg of the turtle.
And that will complete my card for today.
