First Blog Post
Hi everyone,
Thanks for dropping by to visit my site / blog post, This is my first doing this so please bear with me... This is so out of character for me so I am really hoping that I catch on to this rather fast. lol
I have decide to create this blog / website to share one of my favorite past times with you all, card making / paper crafting. There are so many amazing card makers out there, Jennifer McGuire (Jennifer McGuire Ink, Kristina Werner (Kristina Werner Design, & Amy R. (Prairie Paper & Ink) just to name a few of my favorites. Just reading their blogs and seeing their videos have showed me so many wonderful techniques and products that are out there, and really makes me eager to try them all out! Although my wallet might like a little break!!! lol
I really hope that in reading my blog it will also help get your creativity flowing!
I'll be adding blogs from time to time showing the process of making cards and the products that I've used to create them including so many amazing stamp companies and different crafty products that I've become to learn about and love.
I normally like to craft whenever I have spare time, but mostly it's in the evenings and weekends as I work full time. For me card making is a great way to de stress, although sometimes can cause stress when a project just don't like to turn out the way you had it planned it all out in your head! haha!
I just turn on Netflix, YouTube or music and get lost in it for hours! It's really crazy how fast time flies while you're in your craft room!
Please check out my website while you are here and have a browse through the card gallery of some card that I have made in the past little while. I'm hoping to put up some older images when I get time.
So in saying all this I'm going to give this blog thing a shot and see how it all plays out! I really hope you all enjoy and will share my site!! Please feel free to leave comment and let me know what you think!
Here is a little something that I started working on tonight...
Thanks for dropping by and talk soon,
-Melyssa
